Individualhouse

Two-story Duplex-1 is a two-apartment frame and panel house.
First floor-entrance hall, kitchen-living room, technical room, bathroom. On one side of the house – the main entrance with a porch on the other-access to the terrace. The first and second floors are connected by an internal staircase. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the opposite sides of the second floor there are exits to the balconies.

2. Wooden crate: antiseptic planed board, pine – 20×96-145 mm.
3. Counter- bars: antiseptic planed bar, pine – 25×45 mm.

2. Reinforced frame: antiseptic planed bar, pine – 45×95/145-195 mm.
3. Thermal insulation: rock wool 45-50 kg/m3 – 100/150/200 mm.
4. Internal insulation of the frame: Gypsum fiberboard – 10 mm.
5. Finishing:
   – internal surfaces of the side walls located along a slope of a roof are finished with wooden pine cladding, coating – SIKKENS, color – white, – 20×145 mm;
   – internal surfaces of back walls – planken, pine, SIKKENS coating, color – gray graphite, – 20×145 mm;
   In the bathroom:

4. Basic floor construction

1. In residential areas on the floor :
   – laminate EGGER (ECO) (33rd class of abrasion, HOME CLASSIC collection, oak, color – to choose) – 8 mm ;
   Underlayer for laminate – 4 mm.
   You can optionally choose:
   – Karelia Midnight parquet board with natural oak coating – 12 mm;
   – underlayer for parquet board – 4 mm.
   In the bathroom:
   – Kerama Marazzi mosaic, Temari collection 29.8×29.8 mm, color – matt black (20071), on a 10 mm cement  particleboard with waterproofing;
   – waterproof layer;
   – base – cement particleboard – 10 mm.
   – base – moisture resistant plywood – 21 mm.
2. Insulation of the frame: vapor barrier – 1 mm.
3. Reinforced frame: antiseptic planed bar 45×250 mm, pine – 250 mm.
4. Thermal insulation: Ecowool 30-35 kg/m3 – 250 mm.
5. External insulation of the frame: cement particleboard – 10 mm.
6. Rough finish: planed technically dried board, larch, with bioprotective antiseptic coating – 45×145 mm. During installation, galvanized reinforced fasteners are used. Coating – SIKKENS, color – black.
7. Along the contour of the ventilated facade, metal protection from mice.

5. Windows and entrance doors:

• Окна и входные двери: деревянные рамы – 90/106 мм с двойным уплотнением контура. Окна тройные стеклопакеты с низкоэмиссионным стеклом 4 × 12 × 4 × 12 × 6i. Заводская покраска – SIKKENS, цвет – серый графит. Принадлежности Roto NT. На дверях – петли усиленные, замок врезной.

6. Electrics:

Электропроводка скрыта (в каркасе). Прокладка кабеля в стенах производится в металлической гофре с ПВХ изоляцией.
Электромонтаж выполнен кабелем ФРЛС:
– кабель осветительный Fil Cu 3 × 1,5 мм;
– розетки кабельные Fil Cu 3 × 2,5 мм;
– кабель электронагревательный Fil Cu 3 × 4 мм;
– кабель для плиты и духового шкафа Fil Cu 5 × 4 мм.
Группы розеток двухпозиционные, на керамической основе.
Входной автоматический выключатель – трехполюсный выключатель 25А, категория Б. Освещение – автоматические выключатели 10А, бытовые розетки – автоматические выключатели 16А, на кухонной плите, розетки во влажных помещениях – дифференциальные выключатели.

7. Network engineering:

• Канализация: трубы ПВХ 50/110 мм. Связь с внешними сетями.
• Водоснабжение: бесшовная полипропиленовая труба Ø20 мм, совмещенная с гибкой присоединительной трубой (защита от протечек). Связь с внешними сетями.
• Пол с подогревом в ванной: нагревательные маты с терморегулятором Warmehaus.
• Вентиляция: принудительная в ванной и естественная на кухне. Воздуховод 100 мм. Вентиляторный стояк на крыше.

8. Other:

• Смеситель для мойки: Grohe, хром.
• Умывальник в ванной: Cersanit / Villeroy & Boch Avento 60 × 47 мебельный гарнитур с ящиком
• Унитаз: Cersanit Carina / Villeroy & Bosh O.novo.
